MyChana Burton, MBA, SA, PST, CSM, is a servant leader with decades of success in championing Agile methodology transformation. Her diverse skill set consists of experience, education, and certifications in helping clients transform their organizations through the use of Agile methodology frameworks through coaching, training, project and change management, and consulting. She has championed implementation of this efficient software and application development style of managing projects in various Technology (IT) and Non-Tech industries, in both the public and private sector. MyChana is the CEO of WAY Agile, a non-profit consulting service focused on serving individual proprietors, small businesses, non-profits, and faith-based organizations. She also continues to serve as one of her organization’s coaches.
As a woman of faith, MyChana’s relationship with God has helped her overcome not only childhood sexual abuse but many other hurdles of life. She sought professional help in managing and prevailing over her trauma and then turned to helping others with theirs, pursuing a doctorate in Traumatology from North Central University.
When she isn’t serving others, MyChana enjoys traveling and hosting dinner parties at her home in Fresno, CA. A native of Columbus, Ohio, she is still a die-hard Buckeyes fan.
